"We discovered the Llewellyn on one of our home searches and were so impressed when we toured each one of the 11 condos in the complex. What drew us in is the beautiful, individual design of each condo and the gorgeous views. It was hard to decide which one to purchase, but we finally made a choice and are thrilled with our new home.
Our condo has so many of the details we loved in our old home: wood floors, lots of tile, fireplace with built in bookcases and beautiful woodwork.
We also loved the new details: beautiful kitchen with stainless steel applicances, gorgeous caeserstone countertops, three beautiful bathrooms, ten foot ceilings on both floors, lovely views of the west hills and downtown, and the parking garage.
The interior courtyard is also a favorite gathering place with our new neighbors, and we have a real friendship with them. We have already shared a couple meals at the community table and gas grill.
We love the fact we can walk everywhere--to the movie theater, QFC, three banks within five blocks, more restaurants than we have time to visit and the charming Moreland farmers market. We own two cars, but are seriously considering selling one of them because the second car is rarely used.
We also love walking and running in Oaks Bottom and, of course, all the biking that is available to us in our new neighborhood.
